'Email sent' message for Job Posters Contacting Tradespeople
When a job poster sends an email to a tradesman through the site..
- give them a confirmation ("your email has been sent")
or
- send them a copy of the email.
Otherwise, we can't be sure that it's been sent.

Agreed. I think that there should be something to notify us that an email has been sent.

Can only add/agree to the difficulty and problems with communicating via the site.

There's no way to respond to an email from a customer - I have been asked to quote on jobs and if for example I don't have time to do them, all I can do is not reply, I can't explain, so the customer just thinks I'm rude

The whole email/correspondence area needs to be reviewed really. From MyHammer I don't have an easy way of reviewing correspondence sent to tradespeople.
